It serves as the central hub for the club, handling everything from user registration and event management to attendance tracking and automated certificate issuance.

The club previously relied on fragmented tools like Google Forms and Excel sheets to manage members, track event attendance, and issue certificates. This manual process was error-prone, insecure, and consumed hours of administrative work for every single event.
